"Fit and Ready to Win in 2010"  Health and Empowerment Conference  is a free multifaceted interactive, informative and fun filled of self discovery.  Attendees will explore community resources that inspire, educate, and empower themselves into their own level of success. 

This premier  health and empowerment conference is an opportunity to SHARE  information and insight , GAIN knowledge and friendships, and CHANGE for a better quality of life.  Attendees will gain information about every area of health and wellness from  the physical to the financial.

Youth day is also free enjoyed by local schools and organization that service youth
