Volunteers must be available for orientation on Monday,May 10, or Tuesday May 18 and be available to volunteer THURSDAY, MAY 13, 2009 and/OR Wednesday May 12, 2009

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED
Volunteer Activity Descriptions | |
| Responsible for collecting registration from the visitors and distributing bags |
Press Registration | Responsible for collecting registration and distributing badges |
Volunteer Check-in | Guide volunteers to their appropriate duties |
Exhibitor Captain | Responsible for ensuring exhibitors' needs and inquiries are met |
Speaker Captain | Responsible for speakers' needs and making sure are inquiries are met |
Screenings Captain | Responsible for staff screenings booths |
A/V Aide | Monitor A/V functions |
Efua Edge Enterprises and HIP Sistas Inc. | Responsible for manning the table at all times and providing answers to visitors regarding the organization by distributing provided material |
Evaluation Captain | Distribute evaluations/collect |
